The capsule was dirty, it smelled like old clothes, the bathroom was dirty. The deposit money for the towels has not been returned to me yet.

Guest’s issuing bank / credit card company holds the pre-authorised amount temporarily from the available balance of the card holder’s account for hotel use (If any incident/damage incurred) this transaction will appear as ‘Pending $20’ on your bank statement and the transaction will disappear once it has been released.Kind Regards, The Capsule Hotel.

Very good and central location, walking distance all famous and touristic places, convenient transportation and one of the best capsule hotel I have ever stayed, except the shower room.

I have stayed in another capsule hotel before, but this was the first time I had a separate shower and it was very comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel especially to those who are looking for the cheap hotel possible and want to have a small private space.
The only caveat is that women sometimes have to use the same shower rooms and toilets as men.

The staff is friendly. And It's quieter than a hostel. I paid a $20 deposit and haven't received it back yet. When can I cancel my card?

The place itself was interesting as it was my first time staying in a capsule. Felt like being back at University for sure, nostalgic. There was a shared fridge / freezer, shared bathrooms. Big storage space. The reason I wouldn’t stay again though or would double check before sleeping and the staff all go home, is to check if the aircon inside the capsule works. Mine didnt work and the temperature reader kept going up, up and up till even 29 degrees, sweating like crazy. Called the hotline and no one answered all night. So I slept with no privacy by keeping my capsule door open and opened the windows of the room as it was cool.

The fan inside the capsule works fine, if it's not working you can go to the reception until 9pm or speak with the bar staff until late night. We could have changed the capsule if it's not working. Check in was a pain, had to wait until 9pm when the staff left because they wouldn’t accept my UK drivers licence. The room itself is good and the pods are nice for spending a night or two.
