STAY AWAY! The worst hotel experience ever (and I'm a pretty experienced traveller). This was supposed to be a vacation for my husband and I and turned into a disaster! The morning after our first night (after 10am), we realized there was no water in our room. We immediately brought the issue to the owner but the owner had zero interest in resolving the issue. We were informed that at some point we'll get the water back. We were not offered to switch rooms. Without being able to take a shower and use the toilet, we felt forced to move out after only 1 night (we were booked for 2 nights). We asked the owner to cancel the following night and issue a refund. We did that before check out time. But the owner yelled at us and called us thieves for wanting our money back. Since the whole confrontation took some time and we vacated right after 11, the owner used our late check out as an excuse for not refunding us for the lost night. Although he was so aggressive and hostile, it was clear he wasn't going to refund us anything, even if we vacated before 11. So BEWARE! The owner is a toxic narcissist who will yell at you and call you names instead of apologizing or fixing the problem. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
