We arrived from Budapest for a two night stay. The staff and the were extremely helpful and offered help with the next leg of our journey to Serbia. A welcoming cool drink was appreciated. We were assigned a great room, with a jazucci (we didn’t use it)outside on our patio on the fourth floor. A free bottle of Hungarian sparkling wine was also appreciated. Overall a great experience. It was the seasonally hot in Hungary this August and air-con could have been a few degrees cooler.

Nice location, very helpful staff and large quiet room even with tram running 24/7. A couple of blocks from Dom Square. Disliked · The toilet area was only 21 inches wide so a tight fit for anyone not small. Odd that the room had dozens of lights on the ceiling.

We spent two nights at Hotel Auris. We booked a doble room in advance and the room was ready for us when we arrived. Check in was easy and quick, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offrered a welcome drink. We chose white wine which was excellent. Our room was a modern and clean with a street view, spacious for two. The wardrobe and drawers were sufficient to store our coats and other stuff. Breakfast was the usual continental one, breads, cereals, cold meats, scrambled and fried eggs, sausage and bacon. Adequate breakfast without any extras just everything good and fresh. The location of the hotel is excellent, between the railway station and the city centre both within 10 minutes walking distance. The street was noisy especially when the trams were running, but the windows were sound-proof when closed. In summary we really had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it.

Fabulous room, huge, comfortable bed. Superb rooftop restaurant, serving delicious food. Disappointed with breakfast, scrambled eggs made from powder mix, however there is an egg station which we noticed later. Arrived early and wasn't offered the room, (hardly any occupancy due to Covid), so went for a walk to mall next door. Returned and still had to wait but when we started to fall asleep on the settees in the waiting area, we were allowed to check in 15 mins earlier... overall, an excellent hotel stay, albeit under average receptionist.

Horrible, avoid at all costs until construction next store ends, you better be up by 7am. the AC also wasn't turned on for the season which means sleeping in 75 degree F heat.

We spent there nearly a week and definitely would stay again. Room was superb, well equipped. Good bed, good bathroom, overall tidiness. Staff is friendly and helpful. Brekfast is also good, and has plenty of variety to not become boring after the 3rd day. Right next to a bigger room with tram line, so good accessibility, however it is still not noisy and busy. They have a small pool which can be used for chilling some sunbathing. Parking is also possible within the yard, for extra fee, but there is also plenty of space on the street on the front (you can purchase online daily parking ticket which is cheaper than the hotel's fee) or a bit more down the road it is completely free.
