This is my go to hotel when I’m in tacloban. The location is perfect to access all neccessities as this is right beside robinsons mall.

The check in was smooth. Although the room was terrible. The shower enclosure is broken and was replaced by shower curtain making the whole toilet wet when you take shower.. no toilet rags were provided i had to go to the room attendants office to ask for it. The shower holder is not yet installed making it hard to shower. The front desk told me to call them if i wanted a room service but our room does not have telephone. It was so hard to request for anything. Only toothbrush and bath towels were provided. Internet is ok.
