There was the worst place for me. I smelled drug in my room and urine on the floor of hall. I went with my family. I don’t recommend this spot. But the bed in the room was moderate.

Front desk agents were quick and helpful. I didn't have time to sample breakfast during this trip but every other part of the hotel delivered.

A rather special place, which may look dangerous but is not really. Spacious room and good mattress. Mixed welcome, cleanliness to be reviewed.

The hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. The surrounding facilities were the worst, and there were many long-term families in the hotel, so the cleanliness and noise were no joke. There were bad guys outside the hotel, Above all, the cleaning condition of the room was a mess, the air conditioner was broken, the curtains were open, and why are there so many flies and insects.. It seemed like a long-term family was staying in the room next to me, but I couldn't sleep because I talked all night long. And finally, it was clear that breakfast (western food) was included, but the hotel did not shamelessly provide it. Food delivery didn't work or something.. You should be compensated for this by Trip.com. Never be fooled by reviews or ratings. This hotel has a 5.0 rating.

Hotel is behind a locked gate with some of it having barbed wire on it and staff does not like to answer the call button. The pictures on the websites are not what hotel or rooms look like. Would not recommend staying here the manager Tami Rasmussen and the staff do not care about you as a person or even as a customer. When checked in at the hotel the guy working told us the reason why he needed to get all adults IDs in the room was because if there was a dispute between my husband and I were to beat me up or I beat him up they would know who stayed in the room or if there was a murder committed in the room they would know exactly who was there. Very dark stories from the front desk worker did not make me feel real comfortable to stay there. Rooms not that clean and again staff was very rude and disregarded you as a human being. Also with the hotel being behind a locked gate that you had to be buzzed in to the property the door was propped open to the hallway where the rooms were. REALLY you have to have the hotel behind a locked gate but you leave a locked door propped open? DO NOT STAY HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Manager did not care about my concerns with the property and her staff rudeness.

Well lets see.... the phone did NOT work. the alarm clock did NOT work.. Stopped at the front desk to inform them and that I need a wake up call. That they would have to knock at the door to accomplish that as the phone didn't work. NEVER happened. The area was a bit sketchy for the hotel. Directed to the building in front of the hotel. Walking around to the front area discovered that the area was fenced off, no access. Room 450. Only 2 stories in the hotel.????Room was a bit shabby, not what I expected from a Quality Inn and Suites. Complementary breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal, cup of yogurt, an orange, and a fruit bar. Disgusting. They had a waffle maker but no batter Other bags had a child's box of fruit loops instead of the yogurt. had to go out to a fast feeder for breakfast.

Amazing hotel offering hidden luxurious amenities, beautifully tucked in behind a homeless shelter. apparently, they give away free shopping carts, because everybody had one. the offer ample parking, out of 80 spots there were at least 78 open spots. if you're looking to spark up your stay with some illegal *****, there available on site, or just ask the homeless guy sleeping on the couch in the lobby. if its chain link fencing your shopping for, well there's plenty surrounding the two condemned motels surrounding the quality inn. need something for the kids to do? they'll enjoy parking lot scavenger hunt., whoever collects the most drug paraphernalia wins! extra points for unbroken crack pipes and syringes in original packaging. this motel should be condemned asap! OK, on the serious side, first of all I booked a room here, i got out my car walked around, look in the lobby, (which was trashy) and yes there was someone sleeping on the couch, next to his over loaded shopping cart, I told the gal at the desk who I was, my reservation info ect, I told her I was not going to stay there and I'm not paying, she easily said no problem, apparently I'm not the first guest to walk out. everything I said in the beginning of this review is true, All the motels in this area have been bought up by investors and are being converted to homeless shelters. do the math, judge for yourself, if you book a room here, drive through the parking lot (I wouldn't get out of my car), then go find a nice motel to stay,,I did!

After waiting over half an hour to check in we were given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty q-tips on the floor, the worst smell you can imagine and the sheets all over the floor. The hotel was the grossest level of dirty you can imagine. We left and are still trying to get refunded.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! As we drove into the driveway of the hotel, the area and buildings looked dilapidated, rundown and unsafe (Strike 1). As we entered the lobby on August 15 at 2:10pm, the desk clerk screamed at us “No check in til 3pm, sit down over there”. No Good Afternoon or Welcome to Quality Inn etc. (Strike 2). We sat in the lobby which featured furniture that was worn and shabby. Then sat and listened for several minutes to the desk clerk and another lady who appeared to be in housekeeping loudly discuss some suspicious “medicine” that they found in one of the rooms. They were also discussing long term residents that are too loud in this room and that room (Strike 3). I then started looking at recent reviews online and was shocked by what I saw, confirming that my instincts were correct. Luckily I had until 4pm to cancel my reservation and that’s what I did. We found a better Tacoma hotel to stay in. This hotel is NOT representative of the Choice Hotel brand and should not be a part of their hotels. When we book through the Choice Hotel website there is a certain standard that is expected, and Quality Inn and Suites in Tacoma, Washington does not meet the standard. Don’t be like me, read the recent reviews carefully before booking any hotel.

I travel extensively for work, and have stayed in all manner of hotel & motel, but this hotel was by far the WORST experience I've ever had. We reserved a room through the Choice Hotel website, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a woman in the parking lot who told us there were no rooms left. From the way that she was dressed, it did not appear that she worked for the hotel. We went into the lobby only to be greeted by another woman who told us that there were no rooms. I have never been in a nationally-branded hotel in which the front desk staff did not have so much as a name tag identifying them as being employees - very unprofessional. She would not check our reservation even when given the confirmation number. She told us that she couldn't control the fact that 3rd-party sites had overbooked the hotel - the fact that we didn't use a 3rd party did not seem to interest her at all. She told us that we should call customer service if we had a complaint. After being treated very rudely, we decided to leave and call customer service. A very polite person confirmed that we had a reservation, and suggested we should go back and show it to the desk clerk. We declined and asked him to contact the hotel. He tried, but was unable to reach anyone. He attempted to find another room for us, but there was no availability within 100 miles, and this was at 7:00 PM. He asked if we could "think of another city" to try. Great idea......maybe we could drive to Cleveland? Anyway, thankfully we were not charged. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

If you like living life on the edge having random strangers come into your room at 10pm when you are dead asleep . This is the hotel for you. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My standards for a hotel at less then $100 a night are very low. The hotel room smelled like pee and was questionable if it was cleaned. I give this hotel a 1 star because it is so poorly managed that they have strangers showing up in your room they dont even have deadbolts on the doors. I have never screamed so loud in my entire life. We left that same night to find a different hotel.

We were required to pay a $150 CASH deposit upon check-in. When we checked out 13 hours later, the deposit was missing and they had no easy way to make it right. Although we had a receipt, the property had no provision to pay us back. They finally took someone else’s deposit and gave it to us. So who know what happened to that person. Do not stay here.

Trip Advisor We arrived at the airport in Seattle and waited approx 35-40 minutes for a shuttle to the the Hotel. We made 2 calls and were told the driver would be there in 10 minutes each time. We we given a room in the basement and the musty smell in the room was awful. We returned to the desk and were given a new room on the 3rd floor. Room was better but this hotel is old and needs to be updated for the price we paid. The WiFi was horrible and could not get on many times and when we did it would cut you off. The free Breakfast was terrible and we only went there one morning. Several people were also complaining when we arrived as well throughout our stay. One guest was having a discussion with the desk clerk about being charged too much. When she went by me she said make sure you check your bill when leaving….. they overcharge. Our room only had hot and warm water. Cold water tap would only give very warm water. Shower only had very hot hot water. Could not stand under the water during the shower. There are many other hotels in the immediate location and I would recommend you choose them. Overall this was not a nice place to stay. Don’t get fooled the pictures.

Hotel looked completely fine in photos, so we decided to book it. Once we pulled in, we realized the hotel was nothing like the photos. The lobby area was alright, but it didn't seem like any rooms were in there or at least none seems to get put into that building. We walked into the other building where we were staying and the lock into the building is fully broken. The stench of the hallways was stuck in my nose for two days after, it was so strong. Every fire extinguisher is taken from the building and there were loud noises in a ton of the rooms. We walked to our room, and I put my ear to the door before unlocking it to hear someone in the room. We did not get a refund, but the place was so unsafe I didn't even care at that point. We found a new hotel for basically the same price that was much safer. This place is not up to any safety code and is insane it is still open. There are hotels in the area for the same price or cheaper that are completely safe, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
