It's a pity that the welcome fruit is not equipped with knives, which is a bit regrettable, but fortunately it does not affect the overall pleasant mood. In terms of service, the front desk staff are enthusiastic, thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel at home. The disadvantage is that the toilet is not electric and is very cold in winter. The shower in some rooms does not have hot water, and the water is small and not hot.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet.
