Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Had a HUGE room with lots of space to work and lots of windows - so really nice! Breakfast not as bad as most Taiwan hotels so also happily surprised. Will come again.

Room light is rather dim, lift up to the room is slow, overall should have good rating due to comfort but there is a cleaner just have to ruin my experience with the hotel. They have very strict breakfast time, end at 10am. I came at 9.40am and was still taking from the line. This lady by the name CHERRY chase me off, I look at the time is only 9.55am. I got fed up and ask is only 955am. She just move away. Is this is how the hotel train the staff? No apologies, nothing!

Pretty average hotel stay experience. Average pricing, average service. The only down side was our room had the emergency exit sign that was so bright at night we had to close it behind the curtain… but we generally prefers to have the curtain open to allow sunlight in the morning… so that was unfortunate.

It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel room has a separate bathtub and shower room and the toilet is large enough. Breakfast is also rich. The only bad thing is that the sheets and pillows in the room are stained

Excellent hotel staff. Returned a wallet accidentally left after checking out. Admirable! Breakfast selection adequate for the price. Comfy bed. Water shower pressure can be better. Would use facility again

The hotel cleanliness is just ok, but some of the blanket show stains and make me and my siblings itchy. Maybe because we have sensitive skins and eczema but it's still a thing to be pointed out. The hotel soundproof is good and it's a spacious room indeed. The breakfast wise is just ok but will get bored if need to eat a whole week or so. Overall it's OK.

Second time staying here. This time I stayed in a two-bed room. It has all the facilities that the room should have. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot. The check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. The elevator requires a card sensor.

The overall location is good. There is a supermarket next door. There is a delicious soup dumpling a little bit ahead. The charcoal skewers opposite are cheap and delicious. You can go to Ximen MRT Station in about ten minutes' walk. But the only disadvantage is that you have to climb stairs to go up...

The service was top notch. The check in desk upgraded us to a bigger room after we found some blobs on the carpet of the first room given. Nonetheless, the upgraded room was not as clean as it should be. Thick dust on top of the washroom telephone set (see photo). On top of that, the top of the bowl underneath the cover seat of the toilet was yellow 😟. These are all unfortunate negligences that bring down the score of this hotel. Hope this review will help them to improve.

Staff who can speak Japanese ... At my time, only Katakoto was there. I felt that the breakfast staff could do it better. It said, ”Toilet paper cannot be flushed,” and there was a large trash can next to the toilet. Amenity is minimal. PET bottle water and tea pack were placed as a service. In December, the air conditioner will be turned off when it is cold, and if it is still cold, they will lend you a blanket. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, it was cold. The toilet paper holder is not well installed and it is a little difficult to use, but it doesn't bother me for short stays. I stayed alone, but there was a large ２ room for people, and there were amenities ２ each. It is much larger than a small business hotel in Japan. The room cleaning is beautiful at first glance. (There was dust in the parts that were hard to reach for cleaning, and some box of garbage fell under the table next to the bed. Hair was sticking to the waterproof silicon in the bathroom.) The floor is not carpet, It was a flooring sheet. There was a full-length mirror, but it wasn't very useful because the position was bad, but it was better than nothing. The location is between Minquan West Road Station and Nakayama Kuniko Station on the Nakawa Shinro Line at the transfer station of the Tamsui Shinyi Line and the Nakawa Shinro Line of the Taipei Shotoku MRT, both of which took less than 10 minutes on foot. There are many convenience stores nearby, and the night market of the castle town behind the hotel is recommended. Especially I want to eat water dumplings again! Breakfast was simple with porridge, white rice, fried rice, soup 1 type, bread, fried *, bacon, milk, orange juice, raw vegetables, fruits, bananas and oranges. The banana was very sweet and delicious! The last day was a tour that left when I couldn't eat breakfast, so he prepared a sandwich.
