The hotel front desk is small, but the staff can't speak Japanese, but they are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is like a family. The location is great.

My friends and I book this hotel for a short period of time. I’d say the hotel gets the job done if you’re just planning to chill and relax. However I don’t suggest for long stays, walls are very thin and most of the stuff like tv and cables are very old. Not to mention the toilet doesn’t have a lock for the door

A rundown hotel with moldy smell. No room service throughout the stay despite I put cleaning room door card and requested cleaning service at counter multiple times. Long (12 min) walk to metro station. Not recommended.
