Service: When I got to the room, I told the front desk that I wanted children's slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and towels. As a result, I called three times at different times and they promised to send them, but they didn't send them until I checked out and left the hotel, and there was no reply. Welcome fruit: It was not sent when I checked in, but after 6 pm. Afternoon tea: It's a choice between coffee and oolong tea. The snacks are fried wontons and French fries (super unpalatable) puffs (two small ones, not delicious) and a small fruit. If you want to eat cakes, you have to pay for them separately, 28 pieces (Menglong and Matcha cakes are both good).

This high-end hotel was a favorite of overseas Chinese in the 1980s and 1990s decades ago. It is located in an artificial lake park, surrounded by green trees and a large parking lot, which is very suitable for people who drive here. It includes breakfast (fried noodles, eggs, dumplings, steamed food, fried dough sticks, coffee, lemonade, and preserved egg porridge). Although it is not luxurious, the taste is okay. Afternoon tea is also provided. However, the hotel has a long history and the corridor facilities are relatively old. Although it is old, it is still acceptable during holidays. The price/performance ratio is quite high.

Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. It was a disappointing trip. Due to the hotel room upgrade and renovation, I didn't have a good rest. I booked a Supreme King Room. The room was small, the facilities were old and worn, the bath towels were torn and old, and the small refrigerator was placed randomly, which was in the way. It made people feel uncomfortable. There is one consolation: the hotel's hot spring is good. The room has a hot spring pool. The hot spring water should be cooled down earlier before soaking, so the effect will be better. The restaurant next to the hotel is good. I recommend the Shuibu beef, which is very tender and smooth. The eel pot is also very good. The price-performance ratio is quite good.

The hotel is close to the beach, about 5 minutes away, the environment is OK, the price is moderate, there are many room types, the room facing the sea, and the room with the sea from the side. The room is very dry and has no odor. The bed in the double room is really super big and comfortable. The front desk service is in place, the introduction of attractions, the time of the train, and WeChat, and the considerate service. I will stay here next time I come. The high-rise building watched the sunrise and street view, and the baby slept soundly!

However, the hotel service is really good, the front desk, the driver are very patient to answer questions, even recommend delicious restaurants, and free on-call intimate, this is really worthy of praise, so it is quite satisfactory.

The hotel is in the Ocean Park, with a seaside boardwalk. It takes about 7,000 steps to walk along the boardwalk. You can also climb to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise and sunset. There is also a wedding photography base for self-photography. The room is large, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is also large, and it is relatively quiet at night. The breakfast is rich in variety, the service response is fast, and there is an electric car to deliver to each building. Overall, it is satisfactory and worth recommending!
