Taitung Hotels with Free Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, overall it's OK, and the food is okay. Facilities: Some buttons in the SPA area are broken, and the floor of the steam room is covered with moss, making it easy to slip. Breakfast: There were too many people and the supply was insufficient. Even the poached eggs were queued in a long line. Only 9 were fried at a time. I had to wait for many rounds. Afternoon tea: Free afternoon tea is provided to guests, which is not bad, but there is a special scented tea marked on the sign, but I found scented tea and asked the waiter but they said there was no scented tea.

Although the dinner was a set meal, I was a little disappointed, but it was delicious and seasoned just right. For breakfast, it was the first time I encountered a restaurant where I had to find a seat by myself. I had to avoid dining with group guests so as not to ruin my mood. The food was on the heavy side. Overall this is a good hotel.

It is quite close to Taitung Station. The room is spacious and has a good view (10th floor). The bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry, and a bathtub is also provided. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock, which is very good. Only the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

I made a quick trip with my husband. The environment of Tomino Hot Spring Club is really good. I slept comfortably. My skin felt smooth after soaking in the hot spring water. They also thoughtfully prepared body lotion in the room. It was so touching. My favorite is the outside seating area. It’s a great place to sit outside at night and watch the stars and chat with your family. The only pity is that the bathtub is relatively old, and there is nothing else to say.

I checked into pet room 103 that day. There was no smell in the room but there were some spider webs in the lamp. The hot spring pool is in an outdoor space, and there will be more mosquitoes, but the hotel provides mosquito coils for outdoor use, which is very considerate. If pets want to take a walk, there is a grass area outside the room for pets to walk (I highly recommend this); Lu Ming really takes care of pets. Changing pads and bowls are provided in the room, and the refrigerator comes with a pack of pet chicken breasts, which is very considerate❤️

Great hotel with really comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Overall really comfortable. Staff were pleasant but not overly nice. I was able to store my bicycle next to the lobby overnight. Good location downtown and walking distance (10mins) to the night market but lots of restaurants nearby.

The service staff who prepared the meals at the dining restaurant had a bad attitude. After ordering, I just went to the side to get a bowl of soup and left for about one to two minutes. The notice only said that one order was limited to one per person and did not mention that he had to stand there and wait. His attitude and tone were very bad, the little boy at the crab meat and egg counter. It doesn't quite meet the standards of a hotel of this level. Because we booked the room and restaurant on this website and wanted to sleep more comfortably, we considered a 6-year-old child as occupying a bed. If we stayed for two nights, had breakfast and two dinners, we could only order dinner at the same price as an adult, about 1,300 per person. Breakfast cost more than 500 yuan, but on the last morning, we were charged 100 yuan for the cleaning fee of another three-year-old child. This was not informed in advance. It felt a bit bad. We were willing to book an extra breakfast and two dinners for the 6-year-old child. The meal cost for adults was NT$3,000 or NT$4,000, but an additional NT$100 was charged due to unclear circumstances. It was not a matter of the amount, but it was a bit confusing at the moment.
