The room was clean, the bed was clean, there were lights and outlets, and it was easy to use. I'm thankful that I have water, towels, and slippers. Hotel is new & tastefully furbished. Love the basement Common lounge where guests can come together to eat, drink, read, watch movies or just relax. Room is also very comfortable, except lights are a little dim and there is no TV. Understand it's an intentional move by hotel management not to provide TV in room as they want guests to enjoy Taitung to the fullest & not stay in the room to watch TV. So need to get used to this if you want to stay here :)

The cleanliness of the room is ok, but there are many branches, which may be different from the location of the reservation and check-in. The hotel I live in is on the side of the road, and the room has non-airtight windows, so the sound is obvious. The air conditioner is separated, but the sound of the outdoor unit is also a bit loud, and it needs to be adjusted to 28 degrees or more to avoid noise. This area should be a new development area in downtown Taitung. If you want to travel close to the bustling business district, it is not recommended to live in this area, because it will take a little time for traffic.

A wonderfully located hotel that has the mountain view as there is no other tall buildings around it. Parking is convenient - just outside the hotel, hotel basement or an open-air parking area opposite the hotel. Room is very spacious and two full sized luggage can be opened comfortably with ample walking space. The toilet is big as well. There is bread and coffee/tea/juice available 24 hour. Instant noodles vending machine is available too. There is no convenience store around the hotel. Wide variety of food is available during breakfast - porridge with condiments, cooked food, toast, fruits, salad etc. Totally enjoyed the view that the room has to offer!
