房間裏的設施齊全。局非常好，衞生環境都很滿意。酒店服務非常到位，環境優美。有免費的水。有小零食月餅。我和朋友到了酒店，看到這個酒店。沒有説這酒店檔次很好，但是價格卻很實惠。總之非常滿意的一次出行。

酒店位於柳巷，交通很方便，附近美食很多，房間配了洗衣機及洗衣液，還有小點心，想的很周到。前台接待態度很好，我的旅行衣架忘在酒店了，很快就聯繫我寄過來，值得表揚。

酒店位於市中心的流向商業區，市區著名的景點、餐館及購物區均在周圍，自駕車可免費停在步行不到100米的柳南商貿城地下停車場。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，打掃整理房間細緻規範。還有洗衣機，免費供應桶裝瓶裝飲用水。服務周到細緻，前台、保潔態度很好，特別要表揚工號72號保潔阿姨主動為擦行李箱，有求必應且秒回。細節上的温馨提示，如前台上擺放的一些主要景點、附近美食及購物的小卡片，而且是一店一卡，挺管用的，我們就照着提示用餐挺滿意的。我們這次在太原旅行，連住5晚在聖美酒店，值得推薦。
