房間隔音太差，我們定的家庭房，還有五十多歲的長者，隔壁一女子鬼哭狼嚎一整夜，真的一整晚都在大聲哭泣嚎叫！十二點多吵醒我們一次，三點多又吵醒一次，打了前台電話，不知道前台是怎麼處理的，反正隔壁的嚎叫聲又分別在五點、七點吵醒我們，一整晚幾乎無眠。本來白天在太原頂着大太陽辦了一天的事，家裡人都略微中暑、疲乏頭痛，結果又一整夜沒有睡好，導致心情身體都很差。其他方面，酒店還是很乾凈、早餐也很好吃，就是隔音太不好，處理問題的效率太差，希望以後可以改善。
