剛到太原就入住萬怡，果然是Marriott的水準。前台姑娘May非常好，當我提出當天的入住要和後兩天旅行社定房連住，她馬上安排，還送了第二天的兩份早餐。我之前預訂的是無早餐雙床房。第一天初到太原，體驗感很好。大美山西，晉善晉美！

第一次來山西，同事推薦萬怡酒店出行方便。有被酒店的服務感動到，早餐工作人員都非常熱情提供幫助。前台Eva Han小韓提前瞭解我的需求，因為出差時間安排，特地幫忙協調延遲退房，還在離店前幫忙準備好入住憑證幫我節省時間。喜歡山西特色的小點心，還有書簽小禮物！期待下次有更多時間來山西看看這裏的古建和山水。

服務還是蠻好的，在預訂之後因為有些要求想跟酒店溝通，致電後立馬加了我的微信，儘可能滿足了我的要求。抵達酒店是十二點多了，雖然提前溝通過，但到了酒店仍然還是沒有房間空出來，衹好把行李寄存在前台就外出吃飯了。因為訂的是家庭套房，面積足夠大，方便了我們親子出遊。酒店送了我們一些零食，恰好路上可以吃，總體來説還是蠻好的，果然是一分錢一分貨。如果酒店能再靠近市區一些就更好了，出行沒有車還是有點不便，不過依靠打車的話問題不大。

體驗非常之好！
我們定的是家庭房，一共3個人。原本早餐衹有2份，酒店免費贈送1份，三個人都美美吃上早餐了。
在辦理入住時，前台小姐姐Bella在得知我們第二天要趕早班機，可能趕不上酒店6:30早餐營業，還主動幫我們聯繫打包早餐5:30送到房間。真的太暖心啦，非常謝謝Bella～酒店的服務和設施都挺滿意的～給本次山西之行畫上圓滿句號～
下次來還會選擇再住這家酒店！！
