Wow what can i say about this hotel? Well for the price it was excellent! Really clean room with a comfortable bed and great amenities! Vr in room too! I was really surprised at how good this place was, although the location was a slight inconvenience for me (personal reasons), i would happily stay here again and think i will. Even though i checked in after a few glasses of of wine at 3am and speaking little Chinese, the hotel staff were able to process all my details and get me in swiftly! Unfortunately i didnt manage to take any good photos of this place but after staying in kempinski for 2 days, i would choose this hotel over the kempinski

This store broke my understanding of the homestay. Really, the room smelled bad, it was very noisy in the middle of the night, others cooked, we were fragrant, it was disgusting, the wall was dirty, and the bedside table was dirty. I stayed in Yishang for several days on a business trip and the service was very considerate. The hall is spacious, bright and smells fresh. Even if it snows outside, the floor is always clean. The breakfast is rich and has different types every day. There is also a laundry room and gym, which is in line with the hotel's positioning. It would be great if there was a microwave. The weather was too cold and I wanted to heat up the takeaway I ordered. The table in the room was a bit small and it was too crowded to place the computer and other items. There was something wrong with the reservation information, and Jing Qi at the front desk helped to solve it; Wei Mengmeng, the receptionist at the front desk, was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. The experience was very good. I will book here again next time I go on a business trip~
