10月4日早上看見303房間有狗叫聲，問前台全季酒店可以帶狗入住嗎？前台説不可以，那怎麼進的，早上主人把狗牽出酒店是一條大狗，前台裝看不見，這樣的酒店管理是不是要打問號了。對顧客太不負責任了。希望領導重視一下。

幫朋友訂的酒店，送朋友到酒店後，反饋地址錯了，朋友打車去了離萬達廣場一公里遠的全季酒店，不在萬達廣場附近為什麼要註明萬達廣場店呢？誤導遊客，朋友很不開心！第二天早上筆者去實際查看，萬達廣場對面確實也有全季酒店，瞭解一下叫大潤發店！這是什麼事啊？ 訂的房間衹有面積大小，不同的價格，朋友住一個晚上，20幾平方的房間夠了，訂了一間便宜的，結果房間沒有窗户，酒店沒有標註，也沒有説明是特價房！這樣的經營方式太欺騙顧客啦！朋友衹有再加錢升級滿意的房間！為朋友買單訂了一個房間，朋友很不高興，我也做了一件蠢事！酒店應該要不要做點改進呢？

房間蠻乾淨的 服務態度也很好 陪小朋友到附近考試的 和前台説安排相對安靜的房間 房間很安靜 走了後 充電器忘記在房間了 工作人員立即聯繫我 我讓其幫忙寄回，掛完電話沒一會就收到寄出的訊息，辦事效率極高，總之很滿意👍以後去還會入住 就是忘記拍照片了
