Be prepared to write a good review. The public facilities of the Pullman Hotel are unparalleled, the swimming pool design is perfect, the garden landscape is also very unique, you can watch the sunset on the beach, and there are many activities. The kids like it very much. But from my point of view, the floor of the room was not hygienic. I called the cleaning staff to clean it, and they cleaned it casually. It felt like the place didn't care about cleanliness, and it seemed that the hotel didn't have an inspection standard. In addition, the slippers in the hotel are all used. I don’t know if this is a popular trend in five-star hotels now. In short, there are both good and bad reviews. Looking forward to improvements.

This is 2nd time to stay at Le Meridien Khao Lak and always good to be back. Thank you so much to upgrade my room to deluxe room 1215 that is closed to the beach. The room is very tidy and clean. Both Receptionist and Bellman are helpful and friendly. Especially, Khun Ing at The Nest restaurant, she comes to talk and recommends us great foods for dinner. The location was amazing, almost empty beaches, beautiful ocean, nice stuff always a smile on their faces. Outside the resort you can find really good food. Only minus is breakfast and the food of the restaurants, it is more delicious outside the resort. Not much variety for breakfast, and restaurants for dinner are at restaurant overpriced, you expect more for this price.

Location 10 minutes by car from the center (provided free of charge by the hotel shuttles). The included breakfast is a delight, the choice is varied and fresh. The restaurants are good but expensive. A little disappointed with the Asian restaurant… The swimming pool very well maintained as well as the rooms with jacuzzi. The cleanliness of the beach needs to be reviewed… it’s a shame The service is superb, a luxury and intimate hotel!

We spent our last 5 nights of a 2 week holiday in The Khaolak Paradise Resort. It was pretty much perfect! As the title states, there are lots of steps and steep bits getting to and from the lobby and some of the rooms towards the back of this place. But - even though I am not the most mobile - that wasn’t an issue as the benefits of staying here outweigh the issues with steps. We were upgraded to a larger “jungle” room. It was huge and had everything you want for sure. Comfy beds and all rooms (I think) have a balcony. The aircon works great and the only issue we had was the fan making a noise at night - so we switched it off as you don’t need it with aircon. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. We saw the garden team every day, making sure everything was great. The housekeeping team were also excellent. In fact - every member of staff were superb. Our first night was the Thai celebration of Loy Krathong - so there was live music followed by the whole staff doing some type of entertaining, be it dance or just saying hello. The rest of our time here flew by, even with us doing little more than lounging by the pool or on the beach. The pool is quite large for a resort like this - and you can get some cheeky locals sharing the pool with you! (Water Monitor Lizards) … even though there is a lovely pond with plenty of fish right next to the pool. The food is excellent, with a very good breakfast buffet. There is a happy hour from 4.30pm … with 40% of many cocktails and beers. If we ever return to Khoalak … this will be the place we stay. Their airport transfer is also very reasonable. Thank you to all at Paradise … it certainly was Paradise for us for 5 nights.

Been there few weeks ago and it's such an unforgettable experience!! Eventhough the hotel was still in a soft opening (at that time, not so sure about when it's gonna be full operate) but there are so many things than very nice. The room are very nice, clean and fluffy comforatble bed. Also have so many interesting detials about it. The food at the restaurant are DIVINE!! You must try PrumPra!! The food was so delicious yet there are stories in each dish. Breakfast also very nice, stay for 2 night the food are different on each morning, love it. The main pool are next to the beach so my kids can enjoy both at the same time. The pool bar also very nice as well. There's the rock pool next to the beach in the evening you can walk along the coast and enjoy witn the sunset view. The staff are very helpful and ready to help you :) Highly recommend!

The Marriott is already an older Hotel, which added two wings recently. Three of those buildings consist of suites. Thus the name. We had a two bedroom duplex suite. Amazing rooms with three huge flatscreen TVs, large bathroom and a small kitchen. However, there is one big negative: They do not offer the Marriott signature beds. They only have economical, very hard and uncomfortable mattresses. When I addressed this problem at the reception, three different people didn’t have no idea what I was talking about. Considering that I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and have a lot of experience with the various hotels, I would expect that the respective brand offers the signature bed. Considering that Marriott has some 20 hotels in the area, you better check first, if they offer the respective beds (e.g. sweet sleeper bed, heavenly bed). The resort is huge. They connected all the pools, to a total of 3 km for swimming. The beach is nice, although due to the continuous breeze and slight chop, the sand is stirred up and the water is a bit murky. There are a couple of cheap Thai restaurants and Massage places on the beach. The thai restaurant in the hotel is quite good and not too expensive. Italian restaurant is really excellent. The breakfast is also very good. They offer of course various Asian choices. Try it!

A resort with a soul and a personal touch that makes it exclusive. The place is gorgeous by the beach, the entire venue is extremely well maintained, the rooms are pristine, the WiFi excellent everywhere and most importantly the team is incredibly kind and helpful from planning excursions to even going the extra mile to help me find my glasses when I lost them in the dark (and found them!).

The breakfast was plentiful and many choices. Take children to swim and dig sand. If you experience other items, the hotel can arrange to send to la vela without incurring costs. The hotel view is very good. I really got up in the morning to open the window, and I was in a beautiful mood.

We stayed here for 7 nights for our 15 year wedding anniversary and could not fault a thing. Everything was amazing. We had the all inclusive package which was well worth it. We also upgraded to a private garden villa with jacuzzi which was also well worth the extra money. The beach front was breathtaking, we loved being able to walk along the beach to explore the local run bars. The food was great. The private dining on the beach was spectacular. The service was absolutely amazing, especially from our bar tender Benz at the pool bar how made our trip even more enjoyable. His service and conversation was fantastic (Thank you Benz :) Overall I rate this hotel a 10/10 value for money (we got a great deal through Jetstar holidays) and we can’t wait to return.
