good location and lovely 3 kinds of sauna, but some time its can get so much crowded which makes u bit overwhelmed. but steam sauna was very nice and would have been nice if there were cold pool after sauna.

Good value hotel close to the old town. Great gym, nice cafe onsite, breakfast is good but i wouldnt bother with dinner in the restaurant

Everything is good, will choose it again if coming to tallinn in the future.

Location is near old town and port. Hotel spa was also nice. My children liked the spa.

The bed was very bad to sleep on, and the toilet was not clean, and the heat was not working normal and made a lot of noise.

We would have been very happy with our stay, but in the last day when we were hoping to be able to continue using the spa facilities after check out, as we have always been able to do in the past, the hotel staff told us that this is not possible and if we wanted to use the spa we would have had to pay full price for a (three hour long) spa entry.

Everything was fine with the stay. Nothing spectacular but comfortable. The spa is nice (lap swimming is hard but relaxing in the pool/water massage stations/hot tub/sauna ok) and gym is great for a hotel gym.

after check in we noticed that the toilet was dysfunctional. the hotel crew reported that it had been fixed - but it wasn’t. on the morning we told the the front desk about the situation and claimed some sort of cash back sadly the front desk could not solve a cash back situation - first we have to mail the hotel.

Really comfortable stay here, easy access to the old town and the large pool/spa area is a real treat. On several bus routes so easy to get here/from here to the ferry terminal. Had good food at both the Cafe Marguerite and the Bistro 250. Comfortable room, perhaps a little tired but very clean. Enjoyed my stay.
