Hago una reserva en hotel Surf Ranch Tamarindo en la cual decía incluir desayuno. Una vez en el lugar nos cambiaron de habitación porque estaba llena de cucarachas. Al final de cuentas nos dicen que por ser temporada baja la cafetería no abre, no vale la pena visitar el lugar, quien lo administra le falta mucha humildad. Es de humanos equivocarse pero los invito a leer las opiniones para que no pierdan su dinero. Yo nunca más volver a visitarlos.

Basic property but has everything you need including blow dryer and mini refrigerator also close to everything and right across from the beach.

venia muy cansado en moto, con maletas y no sabia que no habia parqueo, pase muy mala noche pensando si se la robaban. tuve que descargarla completo y cargarla de nuevo. No habia control de TV aunque no lo necesitaba, y las cortinas del baño se caian

Did not have T.V. per representation when I booked. Chair at desk was broken and couldn't use. Baseboard rotting out, shower head blew off, curtain to shower 2" too short; floors slick as snot and no towel to lay on floor. No working t.v. and kept being told "a few hours, tomorrow, etc.' Signed in on sheet in spanish with policy; english was available and placed in room after check in stating one rule 'no refunds, for any reason'. I'd never sign something like that. Any reasons??
