The decoration is quite old, but the environment is okay. Breakfast is not a buffet. Take the breakfast coupon to order a la carte, and the taste is average.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wasn’t able to check in until 4.5 hours after the designated check in time, the room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work. And I would have had to wait even longer had I not agreed to take an inferior room, which they did not provide any comps for. Other guests that I spoke to had similar experience. Horrible stay.

Old furniture, the rooms should definitely be renovated.
We were given another room that was different from our reservation and when we wanted the room we had reserved we were charged $80.
Nice and convenient location. But next time I will choose a different hotel.

The parking guy's service is very good. I forgot my mobile phone in the car. I went to pick it up in the car as soon as possible. The service of the front desk staff is average. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, but the room hygiene is average, the aging is serious, and the bathroom is very dirty

This was by far the worst property I’ve stayed at in years. The room was outdated and ran down , toilet ran all night long with no maintenance ever showing up . Loud construction all around the property along with the Smell of dust and old carpet stench along with someone warming up horrible smelling food all day long. Felt like people were currently living out of the hotel rooms .. and im easy to please I don’t expect much as I travel very frequently so I know it is tough . The location is also horrible it is at the end of a one way street so you have to turn around every time to acces anything.

Victoria at check in was great! Very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. We truly felt welcomed and valued by her. The giveback $25 resort fee/credit is a great! We enjoyed drinks and apps at the inside bar before the concert. Pilar was also friendly and accommodating. Overall rooms could use some updating but they have everything you need and the hotel location is great; right off the Riverwalk and a close distance to Amalie Arena. Safe to walk and valet was easy to use and convenient for parking downtown. We will definitely recommend this hotel and stay in the future!

Hotel smelled like **** the entire time we were there. When it didn’t smell like **** it had a Musky smell. Dinning was okay but very expensive for what you get.
42 dollars a night to park your car. Ridiculous.
Only good thing was it was right on river walk.
Room itself was old. Back door didn’t lock and we had two kids. Needs a paint job.
