The service was excellent from everyone we encountered. The hotel is convenient and there are a lot of great places withing walking distance. A few things that weren't great, $38 to park, seems a bit extreme. The pool isn't that big, especially on a busy day. Maybe only 20 lounge chairs and 3 tables. I can't speak for other rooms, but for our room, the blinds on the windows only went about halfway down and there was no way to open or close them, so at about 8am the sun just came thru the room and was not able to be blocked out.
