I reserved two queen beds and got a suite with a pull out couch. very embarrassing and the bed was made of stone

The hotel was amazing, so close to the parks and amazing area of Tampa. The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very nice and so respectful to talk too. Will be coming back to my next visit of Tampa

The room did not have towels and when I called the front desk she asked me to come down to pick it as she is the ONLY employee in the hotel. When I asked her why she hung up. I called her again and she insisted that I come down if I need a towel. The room is not bad but the bathroom smelled and is very very small. There was a dead roach on the first floor by the check in! Terrible property! People kept slipping menus of nearby restaurants from the door crack! Be ware!

Walls were incredibly thin. I could hear conversations at a normal volume from all sides as well as the blinds being opened or closed from next door. Everything appeared clean to the eye, however, the bathroom smelled of feces the entire stay. There were also ants in the room; it wasn’t infested, and they were small sugar ants, but still something worth mentioning. The people working the breakfast counter were amazing, friendly, and kind. I’d return for them alone.

Check in was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. Best hotel check in experience that I have had in a long time... Only issues we had was the air conditioning. It was hard to make the room cold.

It was ok. Nice and clean. Bed was comfy. The tv kept freezing up so it made it hard to watch a movie. Some of the furniture was broken. The one thing I really disliked was the water in our bathroom smelled like rotten eggs.
