Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

Very good service by staff. Check-in member of staff very nice, helped me sort out two attached rooms. Kitchen staff brilliant they helped me everytime I asked for baby milk bottle to be washed and filled with milk. Everything was good. Nothing bad to say about. Location great. The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

This could be a fantastic hotel but has some very annoying training issues they need to sort out. The really good bits: Our room (with balcony) was refurbished and kept spotlessly clean. The public areas, restaurants, pool & lobby areas were beautiful both by day and night. The food was super high quality at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the staff were amazing, concierge, the servers around the pool, Youness & Mohamed at the beach restaurant & manager Mohsin were all exemplary. The not so good bits: Buffet restaurant. Nothing was labelled, you had to guess what the foods were. The service was well below par. Coffee at breakfast never arrived but they kept trying to deliver other peoples drinks to the table. Dinner was chaotic, tables not cleared, being left to find your own cutlery, ice bucket being brought to the table for red wine. It was not a five star experience. Lobby bar. Service was painfully slow. It took so long to get anyone’s attention to order a drink that we saw several people give up and leave. I was confused what the purpose of the blue suited managers was. They were always in the public areas & looked like they should be doing something customer facing but they just stood around chatting with each other and ignoring the guests. Would I return…? Yes but only when the hotel management have invested in some much needed staff training.

My daughter and I spent 1 night in the hotel. Location was great, close to the beach. Lobby was grand and impressive. Room was ok, we just needed 1 night to sleep somewhere and it ticked the boxes.

We booked a package holiday for a girls weekend away and we were really impressed with the hotel!! The food was lovely and always different each day (the omelette station at breakfast was a winner!) The drinks were easy to get with three bars close to the pool area and all the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team were great and kept us smiling. Our room was ocean facing and was totally fine for the price we paid. Cleaners came daily and it was a good size room. The pool was big and plenty of space for everyone to get a sun lounger. There are also beach sun loungers reserved for the hotel guests. The beach is beautiful too. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for somewhere down at the Marina from the reception one evening and WOW it was superb. Our only slight hang up was that check in did take a long time but it wasn’t the worst we had experienced before.

Room condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish. The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small. Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym. And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service. It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.

The hotel has all the services very carefully and the rooms are very good, they are quite spacious. The treatment of the staff is very attentive, they take care of you perfectly. What we liked least is that the doors of the rooms are very heavy and when they were closed they hit a lot, so much so that the doors of the room neighbors woke you up. Our room did not have a separate shower but rather an open shower in the middle of the bathroom and all the water was lost. The breakfast was not bad, but little variety. For a few days very well, but if you have to be more than 2-3 it will be monotonous.

It was the best experience even before arrival. We've organized an educational event at Tikida Folf Palace, and all the period of preparation we were surrounded by care and concern of the sales manager Ms . Kenza Nassila. All the smallest details were kept in mind and upon arrival we found ourselves in a real heaven. The hotel is a true oasis of elegance and tranquillity. The level of cuisine is super high, especially taking into account some dietary restrictions that we had. Support of event organization let us rally enjoy the process without having to think of details. Spectacular rooms with the best views and crystal cleanness made this feel like the best vacation in heaven. Dear Tikida Golf Palace Management, team, the chef, all the staff, please accept our words of deepest gratitude for such an unforgettable stay, you are all doing the best job!

My initial first experience on the phone at Fairmont was not a happy one . Mr Fayd the resort Manager rang me to rectify the situation convinced me to experience a stay and am I glad he did . He was there to greet us when we arrived and took care of us while we were there always ensuring our stay was enjoyable . The staff ate well trained and nothing was too much for them always helpful smiling and attentive . The Japanese restaurant staff and supervisor were excellent and the food delicious . Breakfast was disappointing and not much variety especially the fruit choices in 3 bowls . Nothing exotic or exciting . The leisure facility could be improved with daily scheduled programme including yoga and meditation without the price tag .so much potential to provide more with the amazing grounds . We had to go to The Hyatt for leisure activities …really and take our own taxi there too . Defeats the object of a 5 star Resort. The games room uninviting and drab. Pool table worn out & not much thought into the room size to move around table without cue stick going into the side wall .Spas amazing and clean but at a price . Poolside attentive staff always smiling . In all it is the staff and the resort Manager Mr Fayd that credit goes to as it is their dedication and excellent service that we most remember that would want us to come back to The Fairmont . Thank you for making our stay memorable xx

My friend and I arrived at Surf Safari after some amazing and fun but turbulent times and it was exactly what we needed :) . Younis offered to pick us up from Taghazout and told us about different activities we could do on the way to the hostel. We felt well looked after from the start and it was extremely nice of them to come and get us. We had a communal dinner that night, which helped us to bond and get to know other guests. The food was delicious and plentiful, with extra sauce and veg on the side, always appreciated :) After the dinner everyone was going to the beach. My friend and I were tired and initially we were not going to go but Younis convinced us to join the group and it was a the best thing that happened that night. The experience was magical and I felt peaceful again. We all watched waves and a bonfire and played instruments together. The hostel is very clean and feels luxurious, with crisp white sheets, perfectly trimmed lawn and a swimming pool. We didn't do many other activities but we were offered a free yoga class on the first day. Julian, the yoga teacher is very helpful and interesting to talk to. Surf Safari is a great place if you want to experience a friendly and warm vibe, with fun volunteers like Ibi and James. We both felt really well looked after and we really appreciated all extras we were offered without an extra charge, like doing our washing, being picked up and going to the beach for the bonfire. Absolutely recommend this place!
