It was very clean, the location was good, and the staff were kind. I had a comfortable stay. However, I was a little concerned about the hot water in the shower. I would definitely like to use it again next time, so I would be even happier if this point was improved.

It seems to be the best value for money hotel! The staff are all very friendly and it's clean!! I didn't see a single bug ㅎㅎ It's just a bit old, which is typical of Guam hotels, but it wasn't dirty or anything. It's a good hotel for students to stay at when they come to visit with their friends!
The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area and the beach, so you can get around without having to rent a car ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The location wasn't bad either! And even if you go far away, you can pay the hotel (around $10-$30) and request a pick-up service, so you can go far away without worrying!

There are many good restaurants nearby, and the facilities are clean, and even though it was early in the morning, the staff greeted us kindly, so it was comfortable during my stay :) Especially the nearby taco restaurant👍🏻👍🏻

It was recently remodeled, so the facilities are clean. However, although there is a swimming pool, it is not at the level of a resort or a luxury hotel, so I did not use it after seeing it in person. I recommend it for those who use the beach during their trip or for a short visit.
