還是挺滿意的，主打一個方便！空間也OK。房間的隔音效果室外沒問題，房間和房間之間不太行。衞生狀況挺好的。

酒店就在火車站旁邊，步行2-3分鐘即可達。樓下早上有一家飯糰店，也可以選擇火車站旁邊的711（營業到晚上10點）。 從酒店出發去鬥雞神社也很近。紀伊田邊不大，步行可達。酒店房間空間一般，設備很齊全，也有獨立的衞浴，隔音不太好。

酒店就位於田邊站出口一百米左右，很好找。酒店前台屬於自助前台，兩點半左右會到崗服務，平時沒有人。我去的比較早。因此就將行李放在儲存櫃就出去了。房間很日本很小，但還算乾淨整潔，無異味。

酒店比較有年代感了，看前台的照片，貌似是一間很有年頭的酒店，開了很多年了，目前的狀態設施比較老舊，房間也一般。不過在田邊，選擇也不多。

在一棟公寓樓的中間，有點香港小樓的感覺。衹有checkin的時候有服務員，其他都是半自助。距離火車站比較近，樓下對面就是酒吧一條街，半夜會聽到喝多的日本人在吵吵。對面的百年點心店不錯。
