There is a garden outside the window, which is quiet and fresh. You can also see the koi carps swimming in the pond, which is very pleasant. Parking is convenient and easy to get in and out. The service is also warm and considerate. It is worthy of praise👍

The hotel service is still as enthusiastic as ever. I have stayed here many times. The housekeeper Crystal is still very thoughtful and helps to arrange the room carefully. The return visit is also in place and pays attention to the guest's stay experience.

Breakfast is average, but it can be hygienic. Overall, only the hotel brand does not have the standard service that the hotel should have. In the evening, the hotel dining, four people order, the restaurant reception (non-breakfast restaurant) informs that there is no location, you can deliver food to the room, the service staff writes the menu by hand, and is not familiar with the name of the dish, write the wrong name of the dish; Four people dine, sent to the room for a total of two parties, but fortunately, the male waiter who delivered the meal ran to add both parties. The welcome nuts have been licked and have been damp; the beds in the room are damp, affecting sleep. I usually don't give 5 star rating but Manhattan Hotel has all inclusive service you'll need. The little detail made my stay comfortable and welcomed. The only hint of improvement is making non smoking inside. The restaurant was exceptional, particularly the cheese cake. Breakfast was great too. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, especially Zhang Haotian.

There were a lot of people going out on May Day, but the experience at Shangri-La was very good, the service was enthusiastic, there were singers in the lobby at night, Hongyu at the front desk was attentive, the facilities were perfect, and I was satisfied with my stay. The children liked the small columns in the room very much, and the big bed was comfortable for them to sleep on.
