BB Casa Rupilio

Buenos días, acabamos de salir de casa Rupilio, somos grandes viajeros y nos hemos alojado en muchos y variados alojamientos, pero sin duda este ha sido el más desagradable y sucio con diferencia, si quieres vivir una gran aventura de terror empezamos por las camas, colchón de lana viejo y sucio, almohadas de lana con moho, el baño compartido dificil de describir, cortina de ducha vieja y mohosa, paredes, suelos y piezas sanitarias absolutamente sucias, al igual que la habitación. Con 36 grados y en un ático sin aislar, después de un largo día de calor no hay aire acondicionado, solo un simple ventilador que hace un ruido infernal. Y la guinda, el desayuno, en una terraza sucísima, al igual que el resto, un café, una galleta, un trozo de bizcocho y dos tostadas, en unos recipientes de dudosa limpieza que inspiraban cero confianza.

I have never seen something more terrifying, I never have so many demands but the only thing I ask of a structure is that it is clean and livable. I stayed two nights in this dump and I have never had a worse experience in my life: terrifying place, with dirty bed and broken mattress, not clean sheets (I had to put my own towel on the bed to sleep on), dust everywhere, smell musty and a horror movie atmosphere honestly. I am a girl who was traveling alone and I slept CRYING the first night I found myself there, I preferred to sleep on the street. Isn't there anyone who checks places like this??? They should be closed!!

A real hovel, not even my pigs fit in a place like that. We were forced to flee due to the terrible smell of mold and find new accommodation in another structure.

We arrive with the reservation made and paid, the owners are very rude and shouting all the time and tell us that the reservation does not exist and that we have to pay €45, we tell them no, it has already been paid and they tell us that the internet does not work for them and that They can't see the reservation, we show the voucher and they keep saying no, we have to pay and they throw us out of the place with bad words and insults, now we are waiting for a solution from Logitravel but without a doubt we will not sleep in this hotel, we come from Palermo passing through through trapani, agrigento and catania, we have taormina left and we have arrived in palermo, we have been to several hotels without any type of problem here in taormina with problems just getting there, we hope that logitravel will grant us another hotel or a refund of the money, without a doubt it will not I recommend this hotel to no one, a shame of mother and son owners arguing all the time, insulting each other all the time.
