The bedroom very spacious, but sparsely furnished- no bedside tables no chest of drawers or dressing table, requires redecorating. The food on Monday evening was fine and Wednesday the breakfast was good, but no food available on Tuesdays which we were not advised until Monday.

Nice pub, comfortable room. A nice one-night stay in a comfortable room, with excellent service from the new tenants. Nothing was too much trouble. Liked the fridge in the room, which was very good value for money.

Great rooms, restaurant had limited eating options The accommodation is great. Spacious room with all the usual facilities plus a coffee machine. Great shower pressure. The food options in the restaurant are very limited and not as varied when I stayed there last year. Maybe this is a temporary glitch, but with working at Oulton Park, by the time I got back I didn't want to then have to go out to find somewhere to eat. Also on the Sunday the kitchen had closed by 7:30 pm despite me having been told it was open till 8:00 when I checked in. They did however rustle up a burger and chips. The other down side was that there was a bit of a fight in the bar area between 2 blokes, which was broken up quickly by other people, but bearing in mind there were children about was not a pleasant experience.
