首先帶着長者想要有氧的酒店，就定了這家。整天很不錯。特別是早餐非常豐盛。自帶餐廳可以提供晚餐點菜。第一天去了高原反應厲害就直接在餐廳吃的。孩子想吃氂牛火鍋，點了一份198的套餐，餐廳大姐説你們四個人不夠，那好吧我們再點些炒菜吧。等火鍋上來天呢，這六個人也夠吃啊。我們整這麼一大堆，確實浪費糧食。所以建議大姐以後跟客人建議的時候要慎重，避免浪費。還有就是這氂牛火鍋不是刷的肉，是燉好的肉。肉味道還可以就是有點咬不動。前台服務很好，還送了水果。房間製氧機救了我們都命。走的時候還有送小食品。總體不錯。需要氧氣罐的可以在前台購買，價格還可以。

酒店真的太棒啦，乾淨温馨智能，淋浴設備也很贊，白天在夏塔玩了一天之後晚上沖沖澡特別舒服。而且屋內就有製氧機和加濕器，完全不會擔心高反，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也都特別熱情友好，特別是一位帶眼鏡的小姐姐，無微不至的關懷讓我們特別感動，給酒店和工作人員點贊！

前台服務人員很熱情，很禮貌，有問題提出很快解決，房間衞生收拾的不錯，早餐種類比較齊全。唯一不足的地方就是水的壓力小，而且忽冷忽熱，很難調，不好控制。不知道是不是因為高原的問題，總體來説還是滿意的
