The toilet smelled bad. It took 15 minutes for the hot water to come on. I booked the hotel for two nights and no one came to clean up and replace the bath towels the next day.
In the middle of the night, the hotel staff knocked on the door and said they would charge more money. Why didn't they say it when they checked in? Why didn't they wait until they checked out?

It's so rubbish. The Chinese are trying to trick the Chinese and charge you various fees. Even if your friends come to sit in your room, they will charge you 15 US dollars per person!
