The hotel is in amazing pine forest, among other hotels. Room snd food is good. No one at reception after 22:00 or before 8:30, so late check in or if you want to leave before 8 can be a problem.

Hotel immerso nella natura paesaggio suggestivo, fantastico per chi ama la quiete.. camere confortevoli pulitissime, servizio spa efficiente, servizio massaggi, ristorante con ottima e abbondante colazione... tutto molto gradevole, personale molto professionale. . Super consigliatissimo.

Oggi, insieme a degli amici, io e la mia famiglia siamo andati presso codesta struttura tranquillissimi di aver prenotato il giorno prima.Giunti a destinazione, erano circa le 13.00,con aria da adolescente e con molta superficialità, la ragazzetta posizionata nella postazione di accoglienza per il ristorante ci dice che non risulta. Mio marito, avendo dei bambini, ha insistito nella ricerca del cognome e questa dipendente si gira verso una sua amica e dice, a voce bassa, che sicuramente non avevamo prenotato. Ah, dimenticavo! Il cognome poi risultava (trovato da un altro dipendente) ma noi non potevamo sederci a mangiare dove avevano insinuato una prenotazione inventata. La struttura è molto bella e pulita ma qualche dipendente non è certamente da 4 stelle.

Soggiornato più volte, assieme al nostro cagnolino. Ambiente veramente ospitale. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Stanze comode e confortevoli. La ristorazione non delude, con piatti tipici silani, molto gustosi. Situato dentro il villaggio Mancuso, appena usciti si può godere delle comodità del villaggio silano

Tutto eccellente dal personale ai servizi offerti al cibo. Le camere sono pulitissime e accoglienti. La colazione offre una vasta scelta di prodotti anche locali. Il personale è disponibile ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti e è per questo gentilissimo e predisposto a farti sentire a casa
