Muy bien todo en el hotel, ac en la habitación que funciona perfectamente, agua caliente a presión, plancha, burro de planchar, cafetera TV, cumple bien con todo lo básico, la vista desde la habitación en el segundo nivel es excelente supongo que en el tercer nivel aún mejor y supongo que en el nivel 1 no es tan buena así que trata de contratar del segundo nivel en adelante, el restaurante hermoso pero un poco elevado el precio con respecto a la porción y la calidad de alimentos, tiene el teleférico a un lado puedes ir y venir al pueblo usándolo pero al bajar estarás a 15 minutos caminando o 5 en transporte público. Tiene estacionamiento gratis para tu auto, una buena alberca que no usé, y gym y tiendas que no usé pero que ahí están, la atención es buena aunque fue poco lo que tuve que tratar con el personal pero se ven atentos y dispuestos. En general mi experiencia es buena y volvería a este hotel sin duda, también me di cuenta de que se tienen habitaciones con puerta contigua así es que puedes contratar habitaciones juntas y comunicarlas de esta forma para familias grandes.

Desafortunadamente ya no es lo que era antes, las instaciones ya muy viejas les falta mucho mantenimiento, elevador panoramico fuera de servicio, la comida poca variedad, cara y el sazon no es malo pero tampoco bueno, la comida en la alberca tardadisima, las bebidas muy austeras y pequeñas, en las actividades de la alberca los premios muy miserables, 2 x 1 en una bebida del bar, antes regalaban hasta noches gratis, cero amenidades, ni pasta dental ni cepillos de dientes solo un jaboncito, ni pensar en la botella de vino que ponian antes, solicitamos cambiaran un despachador de jabon del baño y tardaron mas de una hora. La verdad da tristeza regresar a a este hotel que era de nuestrao favoritos pero con todo esto, dificilmente regresaremos, lo unico rescatable es la atencion del personal que en esta oacion fue muy buena. El tiempo no perdona

Me gustó mucho. La alberca estaba muy bonita, ya que el agua estaba muy rica. La comida, muy bien. Además nos dieron boletos de cortesía para el teleférico. Es un hotel muy bonito, el cual recomendaría.

Todo muy bien, todos los del hotel son muy amables, el teleférico genial, los taxistas del hotel muy serviciales. La vista del hotel es de postal. Tal vez lo único que podría sugerir es colocar almohadas más acolchonadas y colocar 4 por cama.

Me gustaría que funcionara el servicio de restaurante de la alberca entre semana porque no tienen variedad de snack en el restaurante de arriba. También me gustaría que hubiera más almohadas en los cuartos de ahí en fuera son muy serviciales todo el personal

We ordered a cocktail and we did not like the taste or quality of it. We complained and were told we could not remove it from the bill. We spoke to a manager that informed us that if it was removed from the bill the server would be charged for it. This is an unacceptable practice that would never happen in the developed world. Un hotel histórico, pero a la vez viejo y descuidado, la gente que trabaja ahí es muy atenta, siempre dándote el saludo, el cuarto está bien pero si se quedó atrapado en el tiempo, la ubicación le brinda un excelente vista a Taxco y aprovechar el teleférico, tiene varios restaurantes y bares por si quieres pasar todo el día en el hotel aprovechar la alberca
