Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great.
Two questions:
First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late.

The hotel we stayed at on New Year's Eve night was very convenient. The entire street downstairs was the main New Year's Eve area. But the room service is really hard to describe. I booked an executive room anyway, but it looked very small. I even checked with the hotel to see if it was wrong. There was no toothbrush, only a pair of slippers, and the mini bar was locked. I was only given one quilt. If I wanted another quilt, I had to call twice and it took several hours for it to be delivered. The most disgusting thing is that the mini bar is locked and there is a problem with the water boiler. I made two calls and waited all night but no water was delivered. I almost went to drink tap water because I was in a hurry to take medicine. It feels very bad. The service is good ,Specially when I went to smoke my cigar after a long day ,I meat (Vako) The bartender (you will know him from his real smile) ,this gentleman helped me to choose my right cigar from big collection and it was perfect for me . Service is bad ! First the room was smelly & didn’t give us a proper alternative then the waitress from the lobby cafe is so rude ?! (Called Nina) Even the room amenities were missed , Though we were an executive residents ! Not the level that we’re used to from Marriott across the world !

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and EVERYTIME we walked by front desk, no one care about you as the guests, no smile, no greeting, so we feel it is not welcoming vibes which luxury hotel should be. I am not sure if that because it is Georgian culture or because hotel lack of training or it is too stress work place. Upon check out, we have to carry our own luggage’s while staff was looking at us and never asked for helps. It is really good location, beautiful hotel but really need a lot of services hospitality training how to be a professional and lovely human here.
