The view was amazing from the terrace (City view) try to take a higher floor. -The staff was very friendly we made a late check-in it took less than 5 mins. -it is very close to the Mastminda Park and there is a nice garden with play area near by. -It is very close to Shota Rustavilli street easy to go by walking but difficult to return. -The room was nice and cozy

We and our daughter spent 3 wonderful days in Tbilisi and in many ways thanks to the incredibly soulful staff of the hotel! I definitely join the praise of breakfast, such will not even meet in the best hotels of Europe!!! Thank you the huge wonderful hostess of Tatula Hotel for responding to my personal request and baking unbelievable cakes with you! 😊 Thank you David and Temuri for the instant response to all our questions and requests! The room is quite modest, but we came to sleep only, enjoyed the color of Tbilisi for the rest of the time. From hotel to metro Rustaveli 5 minutes

Highly recommendable Hotel in Tbilisi, near the city center, accessible to everything, its nearby stores, restaurants, bars, etc. All staff are friendly, Hospitable, kind specially Zura, Zandro, Christy they are the best... so when your in Georgia - choose Royal Inn... I definitely recommend this hotel to Tbilisi guests. The hotel is located in the old city, has a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. It is on a quiet street, far from the city noise and vain, so there is a great opportunity to sleep even with an open window. The rooms are clean, look just like in the photos, the hotel is new, the staff is polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast is just wonderful. The only inconvenience if you have a heavy bag, you will have to lift it up the stairs to the room, but even that has not affected my hotel rating. I definitely recommend and will definitely stay in it next time.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! RUDE SHOUTING STAFF!!! 😡😤 We arrived at this hotel/property earlier in the morning from a red eye flight. We spoke the the gentleman if he could let us in, he said yes once anybody check out. Then he switch shift to this UNPROFESSIONAL SHORT HAIR BLOND LADY. Our agent messaged me if how are we. And i respond to her we tired. Haven’t been checked in and didn’t sleep yet. She said she will call the property. Then suddenly the RUDE SHORT HAIR FRONT DESK came to us SHOUTING AND YELLING that we are making trouble for her and we called somebody!!! I said we didn’t called somebody and we were only asked how are we! We are still talking to her in a decent way despite of her shouting at us! She said the checked in is 2pm not 12, I said to her we don’t know that and we spoke to the man before her, agreed to let us in if anybody checked out!! She said, we are making her a LIER! I shouted back at her since I couldn’t take it anymore the yelling and I said “NOBODY SAID SHE WAS A LIER”!!! She kept murmuring in her desk after that. First time ever I encountered a front desk receptionist who will ShOUT ON YOU!!! She was like even ready to attack us!!!! I hope you would do proper action to this lady as this is very UNPROFESSIONAL in any industry, our stay was a week and I hated my every stay seeing her!! She shouted and fought at us in the day of my wedding!! Because of her she ruined my supposed to be happy day!!! 😡🤬 I suggest to find better hotel around the area not in this property which is situated in a sketchy area. Hotel Marlyn has better price (40$) and has a good location!!!

I like everything about this hotel. It is a 4-star hotel but service is like a 5-star feel. Zura from the reception was very helpful and friendly and even offered us help without asking when arranging our trip to the restaurant and ensured we safely reach without costing us much money from taxi drivers who might take advantage of us. George was also very helpful and the service he provided was impressive. He never let us touched our luggage from the time we got down from the airport car till we reached the room. He also offered us umbrella without us asking. And oh my, we appreciated it a lot especially when it rained and what bad experience we had to go through if not for his intuitive service. My husband is also so impressed. Our buffet breakfast was also very memorable. They offer good varieties of food and good for both vegetarian and non-veg. eaters. The view in the restaurant is oh so amazing, fresh and breathtaking. Ana at the reception was also very helpful and tried to engage with us as we leave the property. They never forgot to ask us about our experience and also offered further assistance. This hotel is exceptional. The size of property may not qualify for a 5-star hotel but the service of the people are truly 5-star.

I gave 5 stars and I will describe each one: 1) Facility: is a very New Hotel in Tbilisi, Room are more spacious than expected for a boutique hotel and Bathroom is spacious, as well. The ammenities are eco-friendly and include everithing expected for my comfort. 2) Cleanliness: Rooms and Hotel overall very clean, Our 2 rooms were cleaned and maked up everyday, even the day we left the room late. 3) Affordable: The Family room were not available at the time I did my booking, then I had to book two Twin rooms, in average it cost less than 50USD per room per night with breakfast included in high season. 4) Service: I have seen reviews of other Hotels saying that staff in Georgia are rude and with poor English; This is NOT applicable to Bricks Hotel. The Staff is very kind, good domain of English, and always attentive. Tina, the Hotel manager is always looking for guest needs and comfort, Tina You are 1 in 1million. Chef David was so kind pleasing our requests from the very first day 5) Location: the last but not the less, expectacular location, short walking distance to almost all attractions in Tbilisi, You don't need Metro or Taxi to enjoy Tbilisi from Bricks Hotel. I would definitely come back amd soon!

Good quality service, clean and tidy rooms with balconies and nice view on the city. Pleasant atmosphere with authentic Georgian feel with pomegranate trees around it. Has all necessary amenities, family friendly too. Full breakfast included. There is also computer with Internet available. Close to the downtown restaurants and shops with fresh Georgian fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend.

Hotels in Georgia are not friendly to family trips. The rooms and beds are basically twin beds with a square meter of more than 20 square meters. I chose the Biltmore Hotel, the highest in the city, mainly because the room was very spacious and relatively new. The bed was 1.2 meters, and I even took the initiative to provide an extra bed in advance. 360-degree view around the city, facing the river, on the opposite side is the TV tower and Ferris wheel, on the other side you can see the old town of Tbilisi, various monasteries, the Church of the Three Holy Ones, the mother's fortress, the sculpture of the Mother of Georgia, the Peace Bridge, Liberty Square, the National Museum, etc. are all visible to the naked eye and within walking distance. The most satisfying meal every day is the breakfast buffet. The various fried hams and pastries cured my cold stomach.
