I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, everything is available (hair dryer, conditioner, soap, shampoo, gel, water, tea, coffee), the administrators also do a great job 👍 cleaning every day, you don’t need to ask for cleaning - they always clean every day. I want to return to this hotel) convenient location, on Rustaveli, nearby there is a McDonald's and metro. Freedom Square is a 10-15 minute walk. Stayed at the hotel in August 2023. I recommend the hotel!!!

Очень плохо. 1.По прибытии в первую ночь оказалось,что "ой, а свободных номеров у нас сегодня нет" . Ночевали в другой гостинице. 2. На следующий день , когда мы включили кондиционер в номере вырубило электричество во всем здании. 3. В ванной плохой напор воды в душе , но зато кран в раковине брызгал во все стороны так, что пришлось переодеваться в сухую одежду. На двух человек ровно 2 банных (больших) полотенца и почему-то всего 1 маленькое (для рук, лица , ног -кому , как нравится))) 4.Кровати предусматривают по 1 небольшой подушке на человека . Я попросила принести к вечеру еще 2 подушки и полотенца и .... Их , конечно, не принесли. По телефону на ресепшен не отвечали, пришлось спуститься со 2-го этажа , напомнить о просьбе и ... "Ну, идите за мной, возьмите себе " - этот такой очень ненавязчивый сервис довел меня до кладовки , где "Ой , а у нас нет запасных - все номера заняты " ... Пришлось поднять бровь и через какое-то время , не знаю уж у кого их отобрали , но полотенца с подушками принесли. 5. В столовой на завтрак не включают кондиционер потому что " Нет смысла - люди ходят, двери все время открывают " А компот был вкусный!

Our company rented the room for a client coming in from a regional city. The booking process through her time there was great. She was very pleased and well taken care of. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Our client said the room was spacious and very clean.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in September. A small hotel, 2 floors but very clean and good rooms. Cleaning is done every day. The rooms have a safe deposit box and the bathroom is also big and good and has free Wi-Fi with good speed in the hotel. The staff are very kind and polite. In terms of quantity, the breakfast is not as good as the 4-star hotels we know, but it has a good variety and is delicious. You will find the main items needed for a hotel breakfast: sausage, several types of eggs, ham, pasta, fruit, salad, cheese, butter and jam, muffins, condensed yogurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee. There is also a small courtyard next to the restaurant for sitting. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet and cozy alley, but within a 1-minute walk from Rustaveli Street, the metro station, McDonald's restaurant, exchange office, and supermarket are also located 50 meters from the hotel.

We had a 3 night stay in Rustaveli palace in the summer 2022. The Staff were extremely friendly helpful hospitable and knowledgeable. They could speak English well. the room was very clean. he bathroom was much cleaner than your own home's. room facilities were excellent. and brand new. there was a safe inside the locker Breakfast was also nice especially the kitchen staff! they were very nice and generous. location was excellent. just 18 mins walk to freedom sq. subway was 200 meters away. Overall it was excellent and highly recommended.
