入住時服務態度很差，讓我們足足等了三個小時，一直在講再等10分鐘，再等10分鐘，再等15分鐘，再等35分鐘，其他來的旅客都順利入住，就把我們放在最後一直不給安排。最終爭執才給安排。住了三天，每天12點都要求重新刷卡。不然房間就會鎖住。而且必須是12:00，其他時間不可以真是奇葩的制度管理。早歺很差，幾乎全是涼的不適應亞州人的飲食。
