The room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is the most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten. But what most touch me is that the hotel staff Giorgi Achoiani helped me a lot. I wanna go to Kazbegi. He told me how to get to the metro station. And when I arrived at this place. He told me how to move to the Dedube. Then I can take the mini bus and pay around 40 to my destination. Then he gave a metro station card to me. When I want to pay, he said it's free, you can get it. And he told me every Georgian is enthusiastic and warm. I'm touched. He's such a good man. Next time if I or my friend go to Georgia. I'll told them please find Brosse Garden. There are clean rooms, good servicea, delicious food and Giorgi Achoiani. If you need for help, you can ask for him.

I really like this place. The balcony is more spacious than I thought and the view is beautiful. The receptionist, I forgot her name, she must be 23y, She is very good service, always greets me when she sees me. I like her very much

The infrastructure of the hotel very much suits interests of the guests, despite the very delicious tradiniolan and non-traditional breakfest many other facilities was good, for example very friendly and comunicative staff, staying in the hall and communicating with them was very nicely memorable experience, rooms was normal in size, water preasure was good, everything was okay.. if we ever decide to visit Tbilisi again, we surely will reserve Brosse hotel... thank you !

The place was great! It had everything we needed, and it was located close to some of the sightseeing spots. A huge terrace with live music made our stay even more beautiful. We also felt safe there as well. Staff offered many great tips.

Such a great service. The location is great and the room was really nice. Administrator was very kind and polite, he spoke English fluently and gave very good tips to explore Tbilisi. Room was clean and tidy, very well decorated, We would definitely stay here again!

Not a bad hotel, but there are some flaws. There is no control over the light near the bed. Very bright lamps are mounted in the ceiling, they tire your eyes if you lie in bed and read, for example. The rule is simple: you should see the light, not its source. Breakfasts are normal, correspond to the price. A nice veranda upstairs with a good view of the city. The staff is caring, polite. Not far from the old town, the hotel is located on a hillside, so walking is tiring. The surrounding environment is average. The comfort of the room is not very good, and the terrace is very dirty, but having this floor really solves the problem that we can relax and drink tea and chat on the terrace, otherwise the small space of the room will be very uncomfortable. Очень пожалели, что выбрали этот отель, ориентируясь только на рейтинг. Система рейтинга для этого отеля достаточно странная, почитав отзывы увидела, что люди либо в полном восторге, либо очень недовольны размещением. Мы остановились в Тбилиси на 2 две ночи и очень рассчитывали хорошо выспаться. Понравилось расположение отеля и близость к центру, в отеле оставался один номер, но рейтинг был хорошим и мы поспешили забронировать его. И, вероятно, нам не повезло с номером, так как оставался только один. Номер выходил окном на шумную улицу, звукоизоляция номера не справлялась, а самое неприятное, это музыка, которая играла в лобби и на всех этажах целый день с 8:00 утра до 23:00. Т.е. ровно в 8:00 утра музыка начинает играть очень громко прямо под дверью и это политика отеля, чтобы заглушить шум с улицы. Если вы планируете поспать в тишине, то в этом отеле это точно сделать не получится. Кроме того фото номера намного лучше номера в реальности: огромная ванная и маленькая душевая кабина с плохим сливом, на кровати одно маленькое одеяло, полотенца плохо впитывают, телевизор висит неудобно. В итоге две бессонные ночи, плохое самочувствие и рекомендация избегать в этом отеле номера в стиле «эконом».
При этом персонал весьма адекватный и отзывчивый.
