The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to the old town. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was fluffy and very comfortable. The hot water was a little weak and the Wifi was a little weak, which was a bit of a minus. But overall I was very satisfied.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with my family! The food was absolutely delicious, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is so close to old Tbilisi`s cafes and the Botanic Garden. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location is superb and the room was massive with 2 double beds. The WiFi was terrible as it cut out almost every minute. The breakfast was modest but the views from there were beautiful. Parking was very tight up these narrow streets but you are right in the middle of the city. It was a lovely stay for one night.

Run don’t walk away from the KMM! Let’s set the record straight: the KMM is objectively NOT a four star hotel. It’s lacking amenities and quality to meet the requirements (no in-house restaurant, no bar, no spa/pool, no co-working space, underperforming WiFi, only basic decorations and bedding quality). Our experience was so horrific, we left in the middle of our 4-night stay (booking another hotel nearby). The AC in our room did not work. We notified the front desk after our first night. They claimed to fix it. After returning that evening, it was still not working (26 degrees C). We notified the front desk again but it was “too late” (7pm) to call for a tech or maid to prepare another room (another lacking feature of an alleged 4-star hotel). We spent another night in the boiler room. The next day, the hotel swapped us to another room with the same problem (broken AC). We returned to the front desk who sent a tech and claimed to fix it. After the “fix”, we remained in the room for another 60 minutes while we booked another hotel (an actual four star hotel). The temperature actually rose while we booked another hotel. The hotel staff was unhelpful, rude, and operates an unsuitable hotel. You would be incredibly wise to book elsewhere.

Fabulous location and good beds, but…. No hot water for two of the three days we were there. House keeping was hit and miss (no extra TP left, dirty dishes not removed). Breakfast was uneven, but a great view! Reception did not seem overly concerned about the lack of hot water.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of a group tour of Georgia and it was OK but not great. Our room was in building B both times (which I was grateful for after hearing of the dangerous staircase in building A!) the first room we had was on the second floor and had a lovely balcony facing the city which was beautiful at night. Unfortunately there was a music festival on and very loud music went on all night, both nights. Thank goodness for ear plugs! Others in the other building didn't hear it. Breakfast has a nice terrace and had a pretty good selection although the coffee was awful. The second stay we were in the basement and had a little patio - it was much quieter. Location was good. Reception staff were slow and disorganised and insisted on taking and photocopying our passports a second time even after I reminded them they had them already from our stay less than a week before.

I stayed at Hotel KMM (building A) for four nights in September 2023 as part of a tour group visiting various Georgian cities and towns and the Caucasus Mountains. On the last day of our trip, I witnessed a fellow traveler step off the elevator on Floor 3 and immediately plunge down a marble staircase. This was because the flooring front of the elevator did not extend completely across the space where you get off, due to a jut for the stairway. There were no warning signs or markings. Luckily her fall was somewhat cushioned by a large backpack, but she could easily have had more severe injuries or even died. When informed of the accident, the front desk staff acted almost indifferent, saying they would put up a sign, but I have no idea if that has happened. I believe Floor 4 has the same elevator and staircase configuration. I am writing this review as a warning to others planning to stay at this hotel to be careful getting off the elevator on Floors 3 and 4, and in hopes that the management of the hotel will do something to make these two floors safer. It amazes me that there are not safety codes or building inspections to catch this hazard.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The rooms are very spacious. The location is just near to old city center at walking distance. Indian restaurant at few steps distance from hotel. Breakfast arrangement is good.

First, the good news: the staff in the hotel reception were very pleasant and very helpful Second, the not-so-good news. We arrived at 0400 and were allocated Room 215. We were staying for 3 nights before our tour of Georgia. Room 215 was pokey and we did not fancy staying there for the duration and asked to be moved. Later that day, moved to Room 503, an even smaller room with the added attractions of the hotel's noisy 24 hour AC extractor fans outside the window and a broken shower fitting. Moved to Room 508 which was better than either of the two previous rooms. On return from the tour, we were allocated Room 209 ... much bigger and better than our previous three rooms. And if you like techno music blaring outside until 0500 on a Sunday morning, this is the room for you. There may be some 'good' rooms in this hotel and perhaps we were unlucky, but if you are allocated an unsatisfactory room, the moral seems to be to keep asking to be moved until you get allocated a suitable room. The best thing at breakfast is the honey

Highly recommend! The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Maryam from the front desk. She was really helpful in every situation, she answered almost every question if she didn't know something she did everything to give us the answer. 😄 She gave us directions for everything. The location was perfect. Breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had a room with a balcony, with a great view. Thank you all for a great adventure. That's the first hotel that made us feel at home.
