Just a few meters nearby are shops, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a pharmacy. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are clean; with new plumbing, new furniture, and good Wi-Fi, there is absolutely everything you need. A delicious homemade breakfast, prepared with love, is a great start to the day. The owners of the hotel, Kakha and Maria, deserve a separate review because their hospitality and responsiveness have no limit. Without exaggeration, 24 hours a day they are ready to help resolve any issue, and they care greatly about each of their guests. They speak English and Russian without problems, which makes communication comfortable for tourists from many countries. With confidence, we can say that the quality of the hotel significantly exceeds its cost. Without a doubt, we recommend City Heart Hotel.
