The best hotel in Tbilisi ! Nice & modern with Spa and pool , good restaurants with top view from floor 36. Many options for shopping if you come from old city Tbilisi you feel at European side . We was in junior suite .

It’s really nice hotel, location is perfect
Nice spa and swimming pool however services is really bad, very very slow, we went to sky bar which is on 36th floor, sat down for menu and after waiting 30min nobody came to serve us even thou bar was pretty much empty, they should pay more attention to customers, service in pretty bad there

The hotel room is dark, the cleaning is not thorough, and after cleaning the room, no water is provided, no bathrobe, no slippers are provided (the slippers got wet from swimming and were thrown into the trash). My friend was in the bathroom getting ready to take a shower. The service staff knocked on the door twice and then pushed it open (we didn't have time to respond). We reported it to the manager but it took us an hour and there was no satisfactory response. There is no privacy in this hotel. We two girls were quite scared.
