This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the woman at the reception (I forgot her name). They treated me not like a guest, but like a family member. So much help, sincere care. Thank you again! I rented the room for the night, but on my next trip I will definitely stay here. Location - 🔥 All attractions are within easy reach And what a terrace on the top floor of the hotel - view of Tbilisi + Georgian wine = great evening. Clean, spacious room (bath amenities, slippers ✅) Breakfast - boiled egg, sausages, bread, cheeses, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, fruits - included in the price (room for 2000₽😲) I'm in a pleasant shock. Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

Hotels in Georgia are not friendly to family trips. The rooms and beds are basically twin beds with a square meter of more than 20 square meters. I chose the Biltmore Hotel, the highest in the city, mainly because the room was very spacious and relatively new. The bed was 1.2 meters, and I even took the initiative to provide an extra bed in advance. 360-degree view around the city, facing the river, on the opposite side is the TV tower and Ferris wheel, on the other side you can see the old town of Tbilisi, various monasteries, the Church of the Three Holy Ones, the mother's fortress, the sculpture of the Mother of Georgia, the Peace Bridge, Liberty Square, the National Museum, etc. are all visible to the naked eye and within walking distance. The most satisfying meal every day is the breakfast buffet. The various fried hams and pastries cured my cold stomach.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough.
Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that.
I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion.
I will definetely back to this hotel again.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

EExplorer08877398010This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. I’d rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.

GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

GGuest UserThis is our first time in Georgia and the hotel helped alleviate some of the issues we had during our trip. Although there were limited number of staff to help out during the course of the day (Housekeeping only until 9pm), and some other issues that was nitpicked, overall stay and comfort were points to be celebrated. The room was spacious and temperature control was spot on. TV was huge and free movies were there to be watched. Overall cleanliness and Housekeeping during the day was commendable. The tub was spot on and had this luxurious feeling to it. The view was something that came out of a novel book. and the bed and pillows were something that they should advertise more, it was very comfortable! amenities also, for the price point were also very good. swimming pool is very nice with temperature set on a constant 27 degrees. Gym was quite small but everything a person needs for their usual workout is there. Sauna and spa is very well maintained as well. and the lobby and reception lounges felt like I was in a 5 star hotel, with a very low ceiling height. Breakfast was something that they need to improve I might say. selection, for a contintental breakfast was very very limited, to the point that on our 3rd day, we just didn't eat anything other than egg since it has been very redundant. the choices as well was not that good (2 out of the 8 mains were both egg based). nevertheless, shoutout to all the front of the house staff as they were very accommodating and always there to help us out. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. We have been blown away by Georgia with some hiccups here and there but will definitely be back and will never look for any other hotels but Marjan.

MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .

GGuest UserPlanning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.

It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill.
The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body.
By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park.

It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door.

There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order.
There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing.

I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good.
Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person.
However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people.
Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, relatively neat and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the 15th floor, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The front desk staff was very nice and borrowed charging adapters for free. When I left, the front desk told me to let me stay at their hotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.

GGuest UserНормальные номера под цифрами 5 и 6, один из них и был нами забронирован. Когда мы приехали - оба были заняты. Остальные номера - конура с ”окном”, которое выходит сразу на стену соседнего дома. Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))
