One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

Rarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside.What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We had to leave the room door open to the house stream to reach a little air circulation (photo). The other renter passed by, we had to buy. Is the view of the carpet climb the secured city view? Well hardly. Here we were misleadingly misleading. Normally we drink a cup of coffee as the first, which should be ready. Multiple speed measurements were not possible because the data transfer was too low. We reached a download rate of 0.11 Mbps and a upload of 0.41 Mbps (photo). So we made a second measurement for a few minutes, allowing a download rate of 0.16 Mbps and a upload of 4.36 Mbps. We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. With this untreated hole in the bathtub (photo), the bathtub naturally fell out. The edge behind the bathtub also looked not invited. At this occasion we examined the other described performances, which is not actually our mind. Thus, ”extra-long beds (over 2 m)” are described. We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

I strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

·price I think it's cheaper than other hotels near the station. ·place It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill. The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body. By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park. ·Facility It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door. ・Bar, terrace There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order. There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing. ·summary I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good. Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person. However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people. Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
