All the personnel at the hotel extremely helpful and friendly. Over all I liked the hotel the location and the service. The only complaint I have is about house keeping. Toilets were very very dirty, I believe the house of house keeping needs to pay more attention to what goes on in his or her department. Only this department can ruin the entire image of the hotel.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Room services are good and convenient, and it is relatively quiet place. The main issue is the hotel is near the highway cross, so it is crowded when going to downtown.

The room type did not match the reservation at check-in. There were no windows in 603 and there was an onion smell in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff responded quickly. Easy to take a taxi. It is recommended to stay, but to avoid the transformation of the 6th floor loft room, no window depression.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like 1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though. 2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in. 3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.

Its almost a 5 star hotel . Nice area, clean rooms, good services. And a nice inside smoking area(pics)but the breakfastshould be for 8-11. Shops are close by. I will recommend this to everyone.

The restaurant was good and the room condition was pretty good. I will visit again later. The location is also suitable for sightseeing.

The hotel is a bit old and the room facilities are shabby. The commercial facilities around the hotel are far away and not very convenient. The room on the north side has a wide view, with a mountain view, and the golden sunshine after the snow, which is very beautiful.

This hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to travel. There are many shopping shops and coffee shops on the street to the right of the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel environment is also very good, and the buffet is very rich. I recommend it and recommend it

1) For the hotel's wireless network, after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off, you have to re-enter the account password, which is good for those who need to exercise patience 2) The curtains are not drawn tightly, and the same is true when you change rooms. There is a hole under the bedside cabinet. I don’t know why. 3) The shower in the bathroom is a little bit out of focus 4) There is no quilt in winter, blankets are enough 5) After staying for a week, every morning at 9 o'clock, I would knock on the door of each room on time. For some reason, I woke up and went to open the door, but no one was there. 6) The rental car that the hotel shouted was about 3-4 times the price of the Sannap outside. I tried it once, but I didn’t continue to sit. 7) The breakfast is very rich and the service is in place. 8) The park next to the hotel is very comfortable. I hope the hotel can improve its services and facilities, and I will stay again next time. By the way, this is the place where Yu Qiuyu stayed overnight when he wrote ”A Thousand Years of Sigh” in Iran.
