房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服！酒店離景點挺近的，早餐也不錯 ！總之是一次次非常舒服的旅行，望有機會下次還能再來住！

第二次來八卦城旅遊了，因為看到是新酒店，所以定了這家，首先我個人非常感謝前台的服務員，服務態度非常好，半夜在4樓餐廳自動售賣機買了泡麪，因為付了款，泡麪沒出來，服務員也立刻上樓解決了系統問題。下午來時是晴天，晚上出去吃飯就下起大雨因此又折回了酒店，晚上9點半，我致電前台讓她幫忙看看有沒有雨，想費個無人機，沒想到非常熱心的幫忙出外麪看了一下回復我。所以就拍到了夜景八卦城，非常感謝。其次就是房間還是比較有特色，衞生也非常乾淨，水壓很大。枕頭有乳膠枕和棉花枕頭，對我這種要求很高的睡枕真的很友好。早餐方面品種還是比較豐富的，但是因為廣東人的我，可能會覺得有點鹹口了，那就因人而異。最後就是去八卦城天壇真的非常近哦。很方便，出門對面那條路很多餐廳可以選擇，地理位置也很棒👍🏻

不滿意 酒店前台服務反應慢 房間水也沒有 打的電話有遺流物 前台反應好慢 現在半個月了 一直沒有回話 服務不行 不推薦你們住這家酒店

無論是軟件還是硬件，我都感覺是我住的酒店裡麪最好之一，硬件方面，所有的物品用的都很舒服，很乾凈，而且很順手，設計理念簡直一流，最主要是乾淨；這個酒店是今年新開的，剛裝修好，但是一點味道都沒有；軟件方面，接待我的那位前台女服務生超好，我忘記問了，那個服務員叫什麼名字？就是新疆姑娘，地地道道的新疆姑娘，然後身材比較豐滿那位，如果時間允許的話 我很想繼續住多幾天，不過沒關係，我會介紹給我的朋友來八卦城，一定住這個酒店

房間非常好 價格非常親民 軟硬件也非常到位 服務員也非常熱情 總之太多非常了 早餐也很好 整個酒店內部細節能感覺到用心了的 洗衣房的洗衣機乾衣機整個佈置温馨 很貼心的放置了洗衣液 休息沙發等 有家的感覺 另特別感謝酒店經理 因為自己的不小心把身份證掉在了電梯縫隙裏 打了維修電話 來了兩個小夥子把身份證給拿出來了 為了感謝我轉了五十元給兩小夥子 結果被酒店經理看見 馬上批評了兩小夥子 説“如果要給錢都是我們酒店給 怎麼能讓客人付錢 兩小夥馬上把錢退給了我 挺讓我感動 ….總之細節決定一切 有了你們的周到 一定會生意興隆 如有朋友來一定推薦
