Bad service, no tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush, glass for toothbrush, TV doesn't work, dirty, untidy, smells musty.

The lights are too dim, the air conditioner can't be adjusted to the same temperature, the room paint needs to be renovated, so where's the hot shower? There aren't any stalls/places to eat on either side, you have to walk to the end of the road.

You can't order online on the 1st floor. Only on the 2nd floor up the stairs, it's a bit of a hassle, there's only 1 socket for charging cellphones and even then it's connected to the TV

Not the rooms we had booked upon arrival. The owner continued to insist that the photos on *********** did not belong to our booking. This booking was placed on my credit card via ***********. And payment was made in cash upon arrival. We arrived late and were dropped off by a travel agency and would travel the next day. The next morning we paid in cash and were picked up again by a travel agency. Two days later I look at my credit card statement and see that the hotel has once again debited the amount already paid. A day later I receive a notification from *********** that I have a no-show. I didn't show up, says the owner? And make sure you pay twice. This has now been reported to ***********. It is now 6 weeks later and the owner continues to insist that we have not been. As proof, he wants me to provide my password for the WiFi? I have sent photos with location details and WA messages with the 2 travel agencies to *********** as proof. So far it has not been resolved. The owner lies and cheats the whole thing. The last word has not yet been said on this!!
