The staff's customer service attitude was good. The building was also clean and tidy, and left a good impression with its cleanliness. A very good hotel, the service is very friendly, the courtyard is beautiful, and the hot spring water is very comfortable. A particularly quiet town at night. This town has a number of onsen resorts facing the main street but this particular one was different with an impressive garden entrance. Service was amazing the moment we opened the door and we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was huge with a balcony area to sit and relax. Dinner and breakfast are in the adjacent building with English or Mandarin-speaking staff on hand to help. The onsen area is split into 2 parts with 1 part having an outdoor zone. It alternates during the day between men's and women's use. Upon check-out, staff even helped to ship my luggage to the tourist information centre across from the bus station on the other side of town so we don't have to haul them through town.

thank you for helping me. I was particularly impressed by how efficiently the young men worked, probably because it was run by a family. I saw them wiping down the hallways and polishing the windows despite the rain. I think the sense of cleanliness I felt was due to this kind of attitude. What I thought was convenient was... 1. I didn't have to hold down the button to use the hair dryer. 2. There was a toothbrush in the bath. 3. The hot water faucet in the bath doesn't turn off right away, just like it does at home...It's a small thing, but it was very convenient and I was grateful. I am happy that I was able to spend a comfortable time with the hot springs, the room, the food, and the customer service. thank you very much.
