The staff is efficient and quite friendly, and the room rates are reasonable for a top-tier hotel in the city. Great location as well--just to one side of the central plaza, making it very convenient to walk to the main tourist sites.

I have been to several Hotel’s in the city of Tepic and by far this hotel outbeats any of them in terms of cleanliness, scent, and staff friendliness. All staff has always been extremely professional and helpful during any and all of my previous visits. The only complaint I have about my visit this month is that the wifi was not working too well and I was struggling in making and receiving important business calls during my visit. Other than that the service was fenomenal.
