We are on the last night of a 16 day trip. Five nights were in National Park lodges, and the rest were in Hilton Properties (Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Tru by Hilton)). This hotel had two wonderful young people as the front desk clerks. Such wonderful attitudes. That is where the good comments end. I felt like I was living in a college dormitory room. Very minimalist furniture. In every other "Hilton Property" the beds were very comfortable. This mattress was horrible. The rest of the bedding was quite adequate. The room was VERY tight, and as an adult room it failed to make the grade. I'm 66 years old and always associated the Hilton name with comfort and quality. This hotel in general was a poor excuse for something that carries the Hilton name. Never again will I stay at a Tru by Hilton. We could have stayed at a La Quinta in the very same parking lot. I can guarantee it would have been just as nice without the college dorm theme.

I stayed here in connecting rooms with my large family. The hotel was very modern and exceptionally clean. I felt very safe and was impressed with the employees that I encountered. Very comfortable beds and pillows, very clean bathrooms, and good channel choices on tv. And the complimentary breakfast was the best! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel!

Staying at Tru Terrell was a pleasure. Manager Ashley Graham and her staff gave us a friendly welcome and efficient check-in. Ashley checked on us throughout our stay to ensure all was good. Tru offers modern, art-deco, "euro" type of experience with quiet rooms, comfortable beds and a big TVs. The common lounge area provides multiple TVs, a reading and/game room, a business center, a pool table, and a host of games and activities for young people. Tru provides a very good hot breakfast. Tru Terrell is an exceptionally clean property with a great outdoor pool. We stayed for a week and did not experience any issues. Ashley and her staff, Stephanie, Kitty, and Aneli did a great job. My wife and I highly recommend Tru Terrell and look forward to our return.

Have stayed here in the past - Tru is a very small hotel room, but adequate for your needs. There is a mini fridge in the room, but no coffee maker or microwave, Those are in the lobby and available 24/7. There is no in room safe. The hotel and the room was clean - The pillows were the worst we ever had - Even with 5 pillows, it felt like sleeping on a ball of fluff. The staff was "ok" but never went out of their way to acknowledge you when you came or went. Average breakfast buffet - Location was good for our needs, as we were visiting family - lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area within walking distance including the infamous Buc-ees. As a diamond member, I have stayed in many Hilton's, and put the TRU brand, as a last choice for us personally.

Fast check in, modern decoration, smaller room than what we are use to but it was clean and had everything that we need it, no complains, the hotel offer free water by the ice machine, we will definitely stay there next time we are in the area. A few steps from Bucces

I was traveling alone and have stayed at this Tru several times. It is next to Buccees, convenient access to I-20, and I always feel very safe here.
