"The environment is invincible. In the golf course, all directions are lush, large areas of grass and forest, and the decoration is elegant. Breakfast and dinner are good, the price is reasonable, and the service attitude is good. It's some distance from the core of Cotswolds, but it's easy to get to Bath at high speed. The bad is that the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are too small, there is no elevator, the stairwell is very narrow, it is inconvenient to bring large luggage, and this hotel allows pets. There are dogs barking in the next few rooms at night"
"From outside looked scruffy and uncared for inside was fine althoug8evening meal was
a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around
Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress."

"Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep."
"Because the guest is 12 minutes away from the hotel, I chose this one. I have lived in other cities in the UK before, OK. This is the first time I have stayed in Cheltenham. The whole is OK. The only thing is that the toilet exhaust fan will make a sound. After the toilet wash tray is boiled and the water is washed, the water flows into the pipe and makes a sound, which is a bit scary.
The traffic is really inconvenient, only the city center of Cheltenham has a bus C to the hotel. It is convenient to buy a car, opposite a large outlet, WareHouse supermarket.
Restaurant burdock is good, but subdivided, HK$195, 10 ANZ.
I called Uber/Freehoe twice unavailable. Finally, I returned to the hotel to call the taxi. It was very convenient. I asked the local taxi driver and said that Cheltenham no Uber Support. "
"We booked a hotel for one night. The initial price seemed quite good, but it was quite annoying to find out that there was a lack of transparency. They didn’t mention that the car park had an extra charge of £7. Additionally, on Trip.com, breakfast was available for an extra £14, and it was stated that kids under four years old eat for free. When the receptionist asked if we wanted breakfast, we said we would decide in the morning, and she didn’t mention anything further. However, we found out in the morning that breakfast cost £16. Had we decided the night before, it would have been £13, but they also asked for an additional £5 for the kids. Furthermore, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Also swimming pool was closed."
