Our group was going on a cruise! All of the staff was very helpful. It was a great way to start the cruise. It was a great experience that we will remember for the next cruise. There was an excellent restaurant that we walked to for dinner the night before our cruise!

The room was beautiful. The entry to the hotel lobby is beautiful. I didn't have enough towels (only 1 set). I had to get more. Breakfast was good. Several of us were there for a wedding. It was a great hotel. The pool is inviting. No carpet in the rooms, wooden floors, that was a nice touch!

The complimentary breakfast was so delicious. The location was convenient and the bed are so comfortable. I love this hotel is 20 minutes away from the cruise port. They offer free parking for park and cruise. Staff was very friendly and facility was very clean and comfortable.

Oh my goodness, when I tell you this hotel is brand new, it looks BRAND NEW, compared to the prices and the other hotels were giving, this was well-worth the price, very cool staff as well, I'd like to say thank you to Yash for helping me out during my stay, will see you guys next time!

This hotel is very clean. The hotel staff is great! Breakfast is included. You can make your own fresh pancakes! This hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the Galveston Cruise Terminal. There are several nice restaurants nearby. I recommend going to a Chinese buffet called Yum Yum. Really good food!

The staff was absolutely professional, room was beautiful and very clean and a wonderful breakfast. The location was less than two miles to where I needed to go and had a huge parking lot that I went out and walked around. The staff just made me feel important and even apologized for gym being under construction.

Hotel was not very clean. The lobby did not feel air conditioned. The bed was missing blankets. I spoke to the desk attendant and she argued with me. I would not stay here again. The hotel is transitioning from being a best western…
